Mark attended the University of Florida, Eckerd College, and Albert Ludwigs Universität in Freiburg, Germany, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in International Business and a Bachelor of Arts in German. He has held several professional licenses, including Series 7, Series 24, Series 65, and 214.

In addition to his role at Inplay Concepts, Mark has contributed to the financial community as a faculty member for The Florida Symposium for Financial Planning Association, hosted by the Financial Planning Association of Tampa Bay. He has designed courses on advanced tax reduction strategies, which have been approved by The Florida Bar for Continuing Legal Education for attorneys and by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation for Continuing Professional Education for Certified Public Accountants.

Mark is also a Fox Business News Contributor and a National Best-Selling author, having contributed to the book "Build Wealth Like a Shark," alongside Shark Tank's Kevin Harrington.
